Shipment
We care about your newly purchased watch as much as you do. Therefore, we do everything to make sure your watch reaches you in perfect working order wherever you are. Our packaging materials are amply-sized and we take special care to protect fragile objects.
Dealers ship every order with full insurance coverage. In rare case of unsuccessful delivery, your shipment would be fully insured, so you can make both domestic and international purchases risk-free.
Generally, delivery time within Europe is 2-3 business days and for the rest of the world 6-7 business days. The cost of shipping through this method is on us.
Payments
Many listings offer payment processing on Chrono24. In these cases, you can either pay by credit card or bank transfer. Your money goes into a secure escrow account, where it is kept safe until you have the watch in your hands. The Chrono24 team is always available to help ensure the entire purchasing process runs smoothly.
Credit card
You will be redirected to your credit card provider’s secured payment environment. After completing the payment you will be redirected to our website and you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping.
Bank wire
If you would like to pay by bank wire, please get in touch with Chrono24 and we will send you an invoice with a reference number to be used with the payment. Once we have received the exact amount on the invoice on our bank account, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping. Please be aware that we only ship a watch after your bank wire has cleared.
Return
In short, we’re not that difficult when it comes to returns and exchanges. We firmly stand behind our products and do our utmost best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have the right to return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product and there’s no need to tell us why. During this period you may do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate it. Think of it this way: you get to use it the same way you would if you were standing in our lounge. You may remove the product from its packaging unless the packaging contains a seal.
The return period will expire 14 days after the day you received the product.
If you are in any way unhappy with the product you may make use of your right to return by sending us an email at info@timelessrome.com.
Refund
Any products returned must be in their original condition. This includes any paperwork, user manuals, service papers and boxes. If the product is not in original condition, we may refuse the return or refund a lower amount.
1. Contact our support team
Call ( +39 062 029 523 7 ) or email our support team within 14 days of receiving the watch. We will document and confirm your wish to return your order and guide you through the next steps.
2. Ship the watch back to the dealer
Send the watch back fully insured and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs in most cases.
3. Receive a refund of the full purchase price
Finally, we will refund you the full purchase price and the initial shipping costs.
Warranty
We thoroughly inspect every watch before offering it through our store and, when necessary, ensure that it is fully serviced. However, sometimes defects arise and therefore we offer a 12-month warranty on each watch purchased. This warranty covers solely mechanical defects (related to the movement) and excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
Excluded from the warranty are, among other, the waterproofness of the watch, as well as breaking/loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers and such, and the strap/bracelet. Also excluded is damage caused by falling/bumping of the watch or through the presence of dirt or moisture in the watch.
The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty is void if the watch or movement is tampered with by an unauthorized party.
